Johan Cederholm is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Linck, a company they started in 2021 with the goal of helping companies increase their sales by providing the right skills and employees. Johan also serves as an advisor in leadership, sales, and growth. Prior to Linck, Johan worked as Sales and Business Development at Mirc AB from 2020 to 2021. Johan was responsible for selling SugarCRM to customers in the Nordics during their time at Exsitec AB from 2019 to 2020, following its acquisition of Ark Systems AB. At Ark Systems AB, where they co-founded the company, Johan served as a Co-Founder and Sales Manager from 2017 to 2019, acting as the Elite Partner of SugarCRM in Sweden. Before that, they worked as a Key Account Manager at DRI Nordic from 2016 to 2017, selling SugarCRM and Act-On to customers in the Nordic region. Johan began their career as a Sales Representative at Helmia in 2015, mainly selling new cars to both companies and individuals. Johan also worked as a Salesperson at Utveckla Ledare from 2013 to 2015, focusing on driving new customer sales for the organization. Prior to that, Johan had brief roles as a Forwarding Agent at Metso in 2013 and 2012, and as a Machine Operator at Metso in 2011.

Johan Cederholm began their education in 2011 at Karlstad University, where they pursued studies in Sports Science for a year, until 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Affärshögskolan, where they focused on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, ultimately obtaining a degree in Marketing and Company Sales.
