Larry W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Larry started their career at Adchem Adhesives as an Operations Manager and Engineered Products Manager. Larry then moved on to PentaGlobal, where they worked as a Marketing Manager. Larry joined Linamar - LPP, Quadrad as a Project Engineer and Program Manager, before transitioning to Linamar - Comtech, LPC as a Senior Program Manager. At Linamar - Lintool Manufacturing, Larry served as a Quality Systems Manager. Larry then took on the role of Engineering and Quality Manager at Linamar - Lintool / The Frank Hasenfratz Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing, where they led teams in the design and build of machining work-holding fixtures. Larry later became an Engineering Manager at Linamar - The Frank Hasenfratz Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing. Larry then joined Linamar Corporation as an Operations Manager, responsible for the Prototypes Engineering, Quality, and Materials departments. Larry's journey continued at Linamar Corporation, where they served as the Engineering Manager of the Manufacturing Group, and later as the Global IoT Manager. Currently, Larry holds the position of Global IoT Lead - Linamar Innovation Hub, leading a global team in the development and implementation of the company's IoT solution. Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated a passion for data-driven efficiency and waste elimination.

Larry W. has a B.A.Sc.ME degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
