Melissa Filice is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Lin Engineering since July 2014, Melissa is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that support strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Melissa held several positions at Specialized Bicycle Components, including Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed immigration administration, recruiting, and performance management.
