Jacob John CSCP, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jacob began their career as a Systems Analyst at Unilever Arabia in 1995 and worked there until 2001. Jacob then joined Systems & People, Inc as a Senior Associate from 2001 to 2003. This was followed by a role as a Project Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they became the Practice Manager, ERP at ITTI, Inc.

Jacob joined Avery Dennison Corporation in 2005 as a Sr Business Analyst and remained with the company until 2014. Jacob then joined G&S Metal Products, first as a Business Solutions Architect for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations from 2015 to 2016, and later as the Chief Enterprise Applications Architect from 2017 to 2020.

In 2020, Jacob became the Information Technology Manager at Raypak, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are the Director of IT Applications at Limoneira Company. Jacob's experience includes expertise in various areas such as enterprise applications architecture, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and project management.

Jacob John CSCP, PMP has a strong educational background in business administration, management, and project management. Jacob completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jacob has also pursued several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Jacob obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2008. Jacob also holds the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS, which they achieved in June 2006. Furthermore, they have pursued ongoing education in the field of supply chain dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with an expected completion date undisclosed.

To further expand their knowledge and skills, Jacob has pursued additional certifications, including one in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn, which they obtained in March 2020. Jacob also completed a Business Strategy certification from Wharton Executive Education in December 2019, further demonstrating their commitment to staying updated in their field.
