Rory Normanton has held various positions in the corporate world since 2010. Rory began their career at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010 as an Investment and Asset Manager. In 2012, they became the Chairman of Young Accessible Retail. In 2013, they were the Regional Director for Kaymu (now Jumia) at Rocket Internet GmbH. In 2014, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at Techstars. In 2015, they were an Operations Manager for Expansion at Uber. From 2016 to 2019, they held two roles at Breather, first as General Manager for NYC, Canada and Europe, and then as General Manager for Europe. In 2019, they became the Regional General Manager at FREE NOW. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Limna and Artfacts.

Rory Normanton completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Theirtory of Art at the University of Bristol from 2004 to 2007. In 2009, they went on to earn their Master of Science (MSc) in Estate Management from London South Bank University, which they completed in 2010.
