Colleen Aldritt

Colleen Aldritt's work experience begins in 1982, when they started as an intern and staff accountant at Deloitte. Colleen then joined ING in 1986 as a Senior Cost Accountant, where they worked on a team to build a cost allocation system and developed annual operating budgets. In 1987, they joined Dataserv as a Supervisor Analysis & Control, Financial Analyst, responsible for financial analysis and control until 1990. From 1990 to 1991, they worked as a Controller at Johnson Midwest Agencies. In 1991, they joined Northwest Airlines as the Director Acctg, Corp Controller; and Manager Analysis & Control, Customer Service, where they developed an annual $1B operating budget and led efforts to exit bankruptcy.

From 2010 to 2021, Aldritt worked at UnitedHealth Group, starting as an Assoc. Dir Workforce Planning & Operations Impact Analysis Manager, managing RFP response and real estate planning. Colleen then transitioned to the role of CFO Clinical Quality, where they provided financial support to 20 Clinical departments with an annual revenue base of $1B. Their responsibilities included improving expense management, leading cost savings initiatives, financial reporting, budget preparation, and project review and approval.

Currently, Aldritt is working as the Chief Analytics Officer at ³¢¾±³¾¾±³Ù±ô±ð²õ²õâ„¢, starting in April 2021.

Colleen Aldritt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1979 to 1983.
