Nikki Dickman currently serves as the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff at Limitless since September 2021, following a role as Lead Executive Business Partner for the CEO and COO at UserTesting from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, Nikki held the position of Executive Business Partner for the CEO at Predict from March 2016 to July 2019 and founded AuTeachism in January 2014, developing a mobile app aimed at enhancing applied ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. Other roles include Senior Program Manager at Avita Nova Academy and Executive Personal Assistant at Kudos, as well as Business Specialist and Employee Development Manager at Wells Fargo. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish and study at various international institutions.
