Tommy Liu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tommy began their career as an Assistant II at the University of California, Riverside, where they provided desktop computer support and trained staff on software. Tommy then worked as a Programmer/Analyst I, developing and maintaining department webpage content and providing data analytics.
Tommy later joined AppleOne Employment Services as an Implementation Coordinator, where they established contract standards and monitored compliance with national clients. Tommy then transitioned to the University of San Francisco, serving as a Client Support Lab Supervisor and later as a Resource Analyst/IT Asset Manager. In these roles, they managed technology in campus computer labs, developed Mac and Windows OS images, and administered configuration and service management systems.
At Leanplum, Tommy worked as an IT Specialist, providing technical support for devices and enterprise SaaS applications. Tommy managed onboarding and offboarding equipment and accounts, ensuring efficient operations.
Currently, Tommy is working at Lime as a Senior IT Technician and Systems Engineer. In their role, they provide technical support and manages systems for the company.

Tommy Liu obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Riverside. Tommy attended the university from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the HDI Support Center Analyst certification from HDI in November 2013, and the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from Global Knowledge Training in June 2013.
