Michael Norco has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Michael started their career as an Associate Project Manager at Primoris Services Corporation in 2015, where they efficiently managed construction projects, collaborated with different departments, tracked costs, and maintained strong client relationships. In 2018, they transitioned to Sifted.co as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and client accounts while also focusing on strategy development and innovation. From 2020 to 2022, Michael worked at Lime, starting as an Operations Manager and later being promoted to Senior Operations Manager before assuming their current position as Global Operations Manager. In this role, they collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on Lime's commitments to cities, monitors key metrics, builds ridership insights, and crafts tailored product solutions. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on achieving goals and fostering positive relationships.

Michael Norco attended St. John's University from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. After that, they enrolled in San Diego Christian College from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the "ServSafe Manager" certification from the National Restaurant Association in June 2018. More recently, in June 2021, they completed the "Mastering Organizational Chaos" certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in February 2023, they obtained the certification titled "What Is Program Management?" also from LinkedIn.
