Jeff Fields has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff started their career in 1993 as a Product Coordinator at Roland Corporation U.S. and worked there until 2000. Jeff then joined Clegg Industries as a POP Sales Manager, where they stayed until 2008. In 2013, they became the Director of Accessory Sales at AeroVoice and worked there until 2014.

In 2018, Jeff joined JUMP/Uber as the Lead of Field Operations for the JUMP scooter division. Jeff was responsible for developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and training programs for the initial launch of the division. Jeff managed a fleet of over 4500 electric vehicles and oversaw the field team across 8 cities in the Los Angeles area. However, due to the pandemic, JUMP was sold to Lime, and micro-mobility operations were discontinued by Uber in 2020.

Subsequently, Jeff transitioned to Lime as an Operations Specialist. Jeff brought their experience in developing SOPs and best practices from their time at JUMP to assist with the integration of the JUMP brand, vehicles, and other assets into Lime's operations.

Jeff Fields attended Arizona State University from 1980 to 1987, earning a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance. Jeff later enrolled at the Dick Grove School of Music from 1990 to 1991, where they focused on Composition/Arranging.
