Duc Nam Vu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Duc Nam started their career at Hays as a Project Controller at Swisslog Germany, where they were responsible for financial controlling and consulting of large-scale projects. Duc Nam then moved on to become a Program Manager at AGC Glass, where they managed international teams and oversaw project milestones and time planning.

After Hays, Duc Nam Vu joined Amazon Logistics as a Delivery Operations Manager. In this role, they onboarded and coached multiple delivery service providers, managed daily on-road operations, and aligned delivery station processes according to regional best practices.

Currently, Duc Nam Vu is working at Lime as an Operations Associate. Duc Nam'sresponsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing the fleet and key accounts, optimizing service areas and deployment strategies, leading a team of Operations Specialists, defining new processes and best practices, managing costs, and hiring and training the ground team. Duc Nam has achieved significant milestones during their time at Lime, such as successfully setting up a new warehouse and reaching ISO9001 certification, restructuring the Baden-Württemberg market, and implementing a standardized reporting process on the DACH level.

Duc Nam Vu completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Management from Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences. Duc Nam attended the university from 2015 to 2018.
