Katerina Cerveny is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Interim Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Build.One and as a Leadership Coach at LIME, Katerina has previously worked as a Recruitment Strategy Consultant at Trade Republic and held multiple positions at UiPath, including Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA regions. Katerina also managed talent acquisition for Tesla in Central Europe and led recruitment initiatives at Adobe and Bombardier Transportation, overseeing large teams of recruiters. Katerina founded CAPIO Research, a successful headhunting firm, and started a career as a Recruitment Consultant at Kornherr Associates GmbH. Katerina holds a degree from FH Regensburg.
