Erica Brown is a seasoned Customer Retention Specialist with over 16 years of experience in customer service and sales. Since January 2007, Erica has been with LIME, focusing on product and service knowledge to minimize customer churn through exit interviews. Previously, Erica operated as a Sales & Marketing professional for Ravelco Anti-Theft Device in the Jamaican market from August 2005 to December 2006. Erica also gained valuable experience in customer service at the Westin Casuarina Hotel in Grand Cayman from January 2004 to August 2005, where responsibilities included handling incoming calls and assisting guests with information about the Cayman Islands. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Caribbean University, completed in 2011, and a certificate from Jonathon Grant High School in Jamaica.
