Jake Grundstein has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jake most recently held the position of Vice President, Clinical Operations and Value-Based Care at Limber since August 2021. Prior to that, Jake worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery, starting as a Physical Therapist from July 2015 to March 2017. Jake then transitioned to the role of Advanced Clinician from March 2017 to January 2019, and finally became a Value Manager from January 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Jake worked as a Physical Therapist at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Mount Sinai Roosevelt from March 2013 to June 2015.
Jake Grundstein has a Master of Science degree in Health Care Transformation from The University of Texas at Austin. Jake also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Healthcare Management from Hofstra University. Furthermore, they have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University at Buffalo. In addition to their formal education, Jake has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare certification from Emory Continuing Education in December 2022. Jake also attended Harvard Business School for an intensive seminar on Value-Based Healthcare Delivery in 2020.
