Jhonatan Paredes has over a decade of experience in the field of operations and maintenance, currently serving as Jefe de Mantenimiento TI / Eléctrica and previously as Coordinador de Operaciones and Analista de Operaciones at LIMA EXPRESA from November 2012 to the present. Prior experience includes roles as Asistente Técnico and Graduate Engineering Trainee at Grupo Graña y Montero from July 2011 to July 2012, and Prácticas de ingeniería at SIMA-PERÚ S.A. from August 2010 to March 2011. Jhonatan is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at CENTRUM PUCP (2022-2024) and has completed several diplomas in project management, transportation management, and leadership from institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Jhonatan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2006-2011).
