María Teresa Talavera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and international business development. Currently serving as Coordination Project Manager at Lima Airport Partner since January 2020, María Teresa is responsible for designing tender procedures and overseeing vendor engagement processes. Previously, as Country Manager for Innovation Management, María Teresa focused on identifying business opportunities in new markets. With a long tenure at IAT - Instituto Andaluz de Tecnología, María Teresa held key roles including Director of International Cooperation, demonstrating proficiency in managing international innovation projects and developing business strategies. María Teresa also completed internships at Airbus, contributing to the A400M program. Educationally, María Teresa holds an Executive MBA from EOI Business School and a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de Sevilla.
