Mihika Gadagkar has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Mihika started their career in 2022 as a Marketing Intern at the Institute for Youth in Policy, where they worked until 2023. During this time, they also served as a Social Media Intern at the United States Youth Forum from August 2022 to July 2023. In 2022, they joined Brainwave Teen Psychology as a Webinar Management Summer Intern and later became a member of the Exploration and Outreach Management Team. Mihika was appointed as the Chief Brand Strategist at the same company in September 2022. Mihika's most recent position is at Lilypad, where they hold the role of Marketing Director since August 2022 and is set to become the Chief Marketing Officer in August 2023.

Mihika Gadagkar attended BASIS Phoenix from 2021 to 2025, earning a degree with a 4.0 GPA.
