Andy White is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Lily of the Desert since July 2020, Andy has previously held notable roles at GOJO Industries from 2005 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading supply chain, engineering, and operational excellence teams. Demonstrating a strong strategic aptitude, Andy developed global supply strategies and integrated advanced manufacturing processes that achieved a 99% service level. Earlier career highlights include directorial positions at Summa Health, RICOH Imaging Americas Corporation, and Myron - Adler, as well as a 20-year tenure at Dominion Energy, where Andy advanced through various operational and engineering management roles to become a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Andy holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSME with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, along with a certification as a Master Black Belt from Six Sigma Academy.
