Michelle Kim Palasek is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Professional Learning Specialist at Amplify and a Curriculum Specialist at Lalilo by Renaissance. With a strong background in instructional leadership, Michelle has held various roles at Aspire Public Schools, including TK-2 Assistant Principal, TK-2 Dean of Instruction, K-2 Reading Interventionist, and Kindergarten Teacher, where responsibilities included collaborating with instructional teams, implementing intervention strategies, and addressing diverse student needs. Previous experience as a Founding Teacher at Vincent Academy involved piloting a Transitional Kindergarten program and designing curricula to enhance academic readiness. Michelle holds a degree from San Francisco State University, completed between 2003 and 2009.
