Tara Allen is an administrative assistant at Lilly Endowment. Tara has previously worked as an executive administrative assistant to the CEO of Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, an administration manager at RN & Allied Specialties, Inc., and an executive assistant at Marion County Community Corrections. Tara began their career in 1979 as an executive administrative manager at State of Indiana, Information Technology, where they were responsible for a staff of 15 support personnel providing administrative services to 230 employees.

Tara Allen attended Danville High School.

Tara Allen reports to Ronni N. Kloth, VP, Community Development. They are on a team with Leah Seigel - Program Director, Emily Rawlinson - Administrative Assistant, and Brent Lee - Program Director.
