Matt Stiles is an experienced aerospace engineer with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton. Currently a Principal Test Engineer at Lilium, Stiles has led the full aircraft structural test program, developed testing strategies accepted by EASA, and supported the certification of the Lilium eVTOL aircraft. Previous roles include Electro Mechanical Systems Engineer at Eaton, where Stiles contributed to the design of a Fuel Tank Inerting System, and Principal Systems Engineer at GKN Aerospace, focusing on equipment qualification and systems design for various aerospace applications. Stiles' career also features significant responsibilities at Marshall Aerospace, where expertise in aircraft mechanical and fluid systems was developed.
