Marketa Capova is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in contractual management and negotiations within the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Category Manager for Energy at Lilium since January 2021, Marketa leads complex procurement activities and contract negotiations within the Energy and Battery Cells Procurement Department. Previous roles include Category Manager for Avionics at Lilium, where Marketa shaped sourcing processes, and Procurement Manager overseeing contract processes and contractual template development. Before Lilium, Marketa held positions at Honeywell, including Senior Contracts Associate and Contracts Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of contract management for complex supplier agreements. Marketa's early career at the European Space Agency involved leading procurement activities for various projects. Marketa holds a Master of Laws from Palacký University and a Diploma in English Law from the British Law Centre.
