Ashley Cover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and music broadcasting. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lilium since March 2021, Ashley specializes in recruiting top-tier talent for various departments across the UK and Germany. In addition to this role, Ashley is the Founder of RedLounge.TV, a platform focused on music broadcasting, live streaming, and cultural exploration. Ashley also holds a position as a Resident Disc Jockey at Gymbox and has previously worked as a Resourcing Consultant at Brook Street, Interim Talent Acquisition Partner at Taboola, and a Delivery Lead at Curo Services.
