Caroline Mol is an experienced professional with a strong background in impact management, organizational development, and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Impact Manager at Liliane Fonds since August 2023, Caroline focuses on promoting an inclusive society for children and young people with disabilities in developing countries. As a member of the Board at Nature's Pride Foundation, involvement includes strategic oversight for one of Europe's largest fruit and vegetable importers. Previous roles include Confidential Adviser and Impact Manager at Rabo Foundation, with responsibilities covering project management and social performance in Latin America and Asia.
