Anabel Diaz, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Ligori & Ligori, Attorneys at Law, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Anabel worked at Direct Components, Inc. from February 2022 to January 2025, where roles included People Operations Manager and Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter. Anabel's earlier experience includes a role as Communications Specialist for Consent Decree at Johnson & Johnson from March 2011 to August 2015, responsible for strategic communication planning and change management under regulated environments. Anabel holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Universidad del Turabo.
