Nikki Annable is an experienced Executive Human Resources Director at the Licensed Trade Charity since December 2008. Prior to this role, Nikki contributed to CIPD through branch meetings from 2006 until July 2018, and served as Head of Human Resources at Carphone Warehouse from July 1997 to November 2008, overseeing the Opal Business Solutions division. Nikki's earlier experience includes roles as Finance Manager at REDNET Ltd, General Manager at C R Services, and Finance & Credit Manager at Hays plc, demonstrating a solid background in finance and human resources. Academically, Nikki holds an MSc in Strategic Personnel and Development from the University of Hull, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and graduated with top grades from Lucie Clayton College in Business.
