Zach Boven is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in customer success, management consulting, and operations. As the Head of Customer Success at Lightyear since 2025, Zach has contributed to redefining enterprise telecom services management. Prior to this, Zach served as an Independent Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities included high-impact client engagements in commercial strategy and procurement. As COO and CFO at Backflip, Zach played a crucial role in raising over $12M and expanding operations across Texas. Earlier positions include roles at Walmart focused on digital merchandising and project management at Oliver Wyman, alongside a brief experience as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Zach holds an MBA from The Wharton School and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
