Michelle Smith has extensive experience in business systems analysis and product ownership, currently serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment at LightStream since June 2016. Previously, Michelle worked at Mitchell International as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager 3, providing analysis and support from project inception to completion. Prior experience includes roles at TASQ Technology/First Data Corporation, where Michelle held positions ranging from Senior Business Analyst to Account Manager, focusing on resolving information flow and translating business requirements into effective solutions. Michelle earned a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a MESS in Sports Management from the University of Florida.
