Prior experience includes senior management roles at Vodafone, Alcatel-Lucent Managed Solutions Pvt Ltd, HFCL Limited, and Reliance Communications, with a focus on transmission operations and project management. Jay's career started as a Senior Transmission Engineer at Eagle Photonics Pvt Ltd, following a role as a Research Associate in Fiber Optics R&D. Educational qualifications include an MPhil in Engineering Physics from the School of Physics, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and a Master (Tech.) in Engineering Physics/Applied Optics from Shri G. S. Institute of Technology & Science.
