Alejandra Alcalde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management consulting. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA and APAC at Lightsource bp since December 2021, Alcalde previously held the position of Research Director Management Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates from July 2013 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Michael Page International and as a Lawyer in the Banking and Finance Department at G贸mez-Acebo & Pombo. Alcalde holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid, as well as an Executive Program in Compensation & Benefits from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
