Charlton Cunningham serves as the Head of Programs & Ecosystem Development at Lightship Foundation since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing impactful programs, cultivating strategic partnerships, and mentoring entrepreneurs. Prior roles include Program Manager in Tulsa at Lightship Foundation, leading programs for entrepreneurs; Accelerator Program Manager at Higher Ground Labs, guiding start-ups to achieve product-market fit; and Head of Talent at Venwise, where a talent network was developed. Previous experience features leadership positions at HBCUvc, weareoust.co, and BuiltTech Labs, along with strategic roles at Startup Atlanta, Sandbox Communities LLC, and Matchstic. Charlton holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University.
