Roman Kesler is a Machine Learning Engineer at Lightricks since December 2022, with a strong background in data engineering and team leadership. Previously, Roman served as Data Team Lead at BigPanda, where leadership resulted in enhanced team productivity. Roman also led a Big Data team at Sears Israel, managing recommendations and personalization systems. Roman's experience includes roles such as Scrum Master and Team Leader at Sizmek, where innovative implementations included a Hadoop cluster, and Software Team Leader at Taldor, developing crucial financial systems. Additional roles at BestTV and SPL involved managing teams for media and financial projects, respectively. Roman began a career in the Israeli Navy, providing foundational software development experience, after earning a B.Tech in Software Engineering from Braude Academic College.
