Gleb Sterkin is a researcher currently employed at Lightricks, focusing on diffusions, consistent characters, and 3D technology. Previously, Gleb served as the Head of Research at Brask, where leadership was provided to a team specializing in applied research on image and video manipulation methods. Gleb has extensive experience from Samsung Electronics, where leadership roles included Lab Leader of the Multimedia Manipulation Lab, overseeing projects in computer vision and generative models. Gleb co-founded CPTR.tech, developing a real-time markerless hand motion capture tool, and worked as a Data Scientist at Fasten Inc., focusing on machine learning for traffic prediction. Earlier roles include IT Business Analyst at Тинькофф Банк, Junior Research Fellow at the Prokhorov General Physics Institute, and an internship at Accenture, with education completed at Lomonosov Moscow State University in Physics.
