Michael S. serves as the VP of Customer & Network Operations at Lightpath since October 2022. With extensive experience in high-level operational roles, Michael previously held positions at Astreya and Zayo Group, where responsibilities included overseeing production, internal operations, and network management. Notably, Michael served as EVP Operations and COO at Integra and held multiple senior leadership roles at Level 3 Communications, where achievements included the Atlantic ACM Network Quality Award and several CEO Awards. Michael has a strong background in service management, team leadership, and process optimization across global operations, demonstrated by leading large teams and managing significant P&L responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Engineering and Electronic Design from ITT and completion of Leadership Development programs.
