Maritza Cassandra possesses extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently an Industrial Engineer at LightPath Technologies since July 2015, Maritza focuses on process improvements. Previous roles include Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer at Amerimex Motor and Controls, where Maritza led capital equipment analysis and project management; Manufacturing Engineer at Tampa Armature Works, focusing on lean manufacturing strategies; and several positions at Cox Target Media and Valpak, which involved continuous process improvements and quality engineering.
