Matthias Heller has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2008, they participated in the Young Talents Program at HANS KOHLER AG. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Intern in the Corporate Finance M&A Dept. at Raiffeisen Schweiz, and a Business Development Intern at Sochat. In 2018, they were a Venture Capital Intern at Mountain Partners, and an Analyst (Working Student) at Convergence Partners AG. In 2019, they were a Visiting Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Co-Founder at Lightly.

Matthias Heller has an extensive education history. Matthias completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of St.Gallen from 2014 to 2017. Matthias then went on to Harvard University in 2016 to 2017 to study Economics. From 2018 to 2019, they earned an MSc. Strategic Management from HEC Paris. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence for Business from \u00c9cole Polytechnique. In 2021, they attended Y Combinator. In 2016, they also obtained a TOEFL from The TOEFL\u00ae test.
