Dominique Olowolafe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2022, they became a Founder Member of Parenthood Ventures, a founder ecosystem for ParentTech. Dominique'srole involves building fit-for-purpose solutions for parents and children, with a focus on tech-enabled products and services. Before Parenthood Ventures, in 2020, Dominique founded and served as the CEO of Lightly, a luxury baby care brand catering to travel enthusiasts. Prior to that, they worked as a Costume Supervisor at I.A.T.S.E. Local 705 from 2014 to 2021. Dominique also gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Wardrobe Production Assistant at ABC Studios - Criminal Minds from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, they worked as a Supervisor at Billabong Group (GSM Operations Pty Ltd). Dominique's professional journey also includes being a Professional Athlete for International Volleyball from 2011 to 2013 and a Social Media Intern at Michigan Creative in 2012. In addition, they had internships at A Quarter Blue in 2011 as an Event Intern and at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2008 to 2011 as a Model. Lastly, Dominique started their career as a Student Assistant at University Housing in California Polytechnic State University from 2008 to 2011.

Dominique Olowolafe obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
