Kaitlin O'Leary is an experienced professional in the field of theater production and lighting design. Currently serving as Systems Project Manager and previously as Systems Coordinator at The Lighting Design Group since October 2021, Kaitlin has also taken on various roles in stage management, including Stage Manager for THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL and NEWSIES at Middlesex County Plays in the Park. Earlier experience includes positions as a Technician at Hayden Production Services, Inc. and Electrician at both Alexander Kasser Theater and Memorial Auditorium at Montclair State University. Additionally, Kaitlin has a notable background as Master Electrician for American Repertory Ballet and Luna Stage Company, contributing to numerous productions and ensuring the successful execution of lighting designs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Theater Production/Design: Lighting from Montclair State University and an Associate Fine Arts (AFA) in Theatre from Middlesex College.
