Rich Corriss has over 30 years of experience in the customer success and operations space. Rich began their career in 1991 as a Supervisor at Citicorp Retail Services. Rich then moved to Chase in 1994, where they held various roles such as Assistant Vice President - Project Team Leader, Assistant Vice President - Business Technology Manager, and Assistant Vice President - Information Technology Project Manager. In 1999, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President of Business Administration. In 2007, they moved to LivePerson, where they served as Sr. Program Leader - Operations Excellence & Training and Program Leader - Financial Services Vertical. In 2016, they joined Evergage as Customer Success Director. In 2018, they moved to Lytics as Sr. Sales Engineer. In 2020, they joined Lightico as Regional VP of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success.
Rich Corriss attended Adelphi University from 2001-2003, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
