Lisa Marcus serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Lighthouse Lab Services since June 2022. Previously, Lisa held roles as Senior Advisor at Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, and as General Counsel for Honeywell's PPE division. From 2014 to 2020, Lisa played a pivotal role at Joerns Healthcare, overseeing legal, compliance, HR, and corporate communications, while managing mergers and acquisitions and developing a compliance program. Early career milestones include founding Gilpin Law Offices, where Lisa provided outside general counsel services, serving as Senior Counsel at Premier Inc., Associate General Counsel at CSX World Terminals, and General Counsel at Zero-Max, Inc. Lisa holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.
