Nick Craig is an experienced operations leader in the video game industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lighthouse Games since April 2023. Previous roles include COO and Head of Digital Operations at Genba Digital from May 2017 to April 2023, and significant positions at Codemasters Software from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities expanded to include compliance QA teams and the establishment of an off-shored QA team in India. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Studio Operations at SEGA Racing Studio, Director of Operations at Codemasters, and Production Manager at Square Enix, among others. Craig's career began in 1989 as an Account Manager at PDQ Distribution, demonstrating a comprehensive background in video game operations, project management, and production.
