Elder Joyce Frank-Ridgeway serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Lighthouse Louisiana since May 2021, focusing on early childhood education. Concurrently, Elder Joyce Frank-Ridgeway has held the position of Elder at the United Fellowship Full Gospel Baptist Church since October 2021, providing support to the Pastor and Bishop in serving the community. Previous experience includes a role as Regional Coordinator for the State of Louisiana from June 2006 to April 2021, overseeing agencies and therapists to ensure timely developmental disability services for children and families. Prior roles also include Partner Counseling Specialist within the Office of Public Health in New Orleans from February 1996 to April 2006, and in the HIV/AIDS Program from January 2003 to April 2006. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans (2013-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans (1999-2003).
