Melody Poisson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lighthouse Credit Union since April 2018, Melody provides coaching and support to management and staff on policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution. Previously, as an HR Generalist at Pope Manufacturing/Housing, LLC., from 2016 to 2018, responsibilities included implementing employee policies and enhancing the employee experience. Melody also held the position of HR Manager at Lowes Home Center, Inc. from 2005 to 2016, where duties involved administering HR plans and developing personnel policies. Education includes a degree from Southern New Hampshire University and certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
