Dawn Ferry currently serves as the VP of Talent Development at Lighthouse Credit Union, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Dawn Ferry was with Liberty Bank - CT, starting as VP Manager of Organizational Development and later transitioning to AVP Senior Learning and Development Consultant from March 2014 onwards. An independent training and development consultant from July 2013 to February 2014, Dawn Ferry also held the position of Director of Resort Development at Ocean House LLC from March 2012 to June 2013. Dawn Ferry's prior experience includes serving as the Complex Director of Training at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from February 2004 to February 2012. In terms of education, Dawn Ferry earned an MBA from Post University between March 2018 and June 2022, a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Nazarene College from 1995 to 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Theater and Communications from Roger Williams University from 1992 to 1994.
