Christy Zaudke is an experienced leader in branch strategy and member services with a robust background in the financial sector. As Vice President of Branch Strategy and Innovation at Lighthouse Credit Union from 2021 until October 2024, Christy Zaudke was tasked with developing a multi-channel growth strategy to enhance the branch network. Prior to this role, Christy Zaudke served as Vice President of Branches/Member Service at Mountain America Credit Union from 2011 to 2020, where member-market growth was doubled in 27 months by improving staff effectiveness across 25 branches. Christy Zaudke began a career in management as District Manager at PureBeauty, later transitioning to Wells Fargo as Branch Manager III, where success in increasing market share and profitability was achieved through effective team leadership. Christy Zaudke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and further education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
