Andy Bishop is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health advocacy, health and safety consulting, and training. As the founder of ManGang UK since October 2019, Andy has created a supportive community for men facing mental health challenges. Currently serving on the advisory board of Ripple Suicide Prevention Charity and as an associate trainer for Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, Andy also holds roles as an ambassador for Includability, a professional speaker with Speakers Collective UK, and a health and safety consultant with A Squared Health & Safety. Additionally, Andy is an instructor member of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being in organizations. With past experience in explosives safety at Esterline Technologies Corporation and as a health and safety consultant for a consultancy firm, Andy brings valuable expertise to various sectors.
