Monica Anthony serves as the Human Resources Director at Lighthouse Community Public Schools since July 2021, following a tenure as an HR Generalist at Lighthouse Charter School. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Monica has managed HR functions for over 200 employees, leading initiatives in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations. Previous positions include Human Resources Administrator at OneDigital Health and Benefits and HR Generalist at Tri-Valley Learning Corporation, among others. Monica possesses a Certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and has a background in Fine Arts from a private college.
