Karen Fee, M.Ed, CFRE, has over two decades of experience in education and development. Since April 2009, Karen has held various roles including Senior Director of Development at Lighthouse Community Public Schools. Previously, Karen served as Director of Development, Development Officer, and Development Associate within the same organization. Earlier career experience includes teaching 3rd grade as a Sheltered English Teacher and serving as Reform Coordinator at Ravenswood City School District. Additional roles include Course Director and Instructor at Outward Bound and River Guide at Worldwide River Expeditions. As a Corps Member with Teach For America, Karen worked as a second-grade teacher. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Utah, and also attended the University of Southern California and Semester at Sea/ISE.
