Ayan Kumar Bandyopadhyay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and training. Currently serving as the Director - National Skilling & Placement Head at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since July 2023, Ayan also operates as a Master Educator of Innovation & Entrepreneurship since June 2020. As a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog since July 2018, Ayan has been instrumental in fostering innovation frameworks and tools within organizations and across various sectors. Previous roles include Master Educator in Training & Placements at CollegeDekho, Engagement Director at Talentedge_In, and Chief Operating Officer at the Society of Design Thinking Professionals. Ayan's earlier positions as Master Trainer of Entrepreneurship with Wadhwani Foundation and PM-YUVA highlight a commitment to developing entrepreneurship education throughout India. Ayan holds an MBA in Communication and Media Studies from the International School of Business & Media and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
