Rashada Wilson, CPT(NHA) CDCA, is an experienced laboratory professional with a diverse background in phlebotomy, laboratory operations, and customer service. Currently serving as a Laboratory Assistant at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions since May 2022, Rashada conducts urine collections and point of care testing while collaborating with medical staff on lab results. Previously, Rashada held the position of Laboratory Operations Manager and Lead Phlebotomist at MILESTONE ADDICTION COUNSELING LLC, overseeing drug screenings and record maintenance. Rashada's career includes roles at Regional Diagnostic Laboratory and POLARIS WELLNESS & RECOVERY CENTER, where similar responsibilities were performed. Rashada’s extensive experience is supported by certifications and training from organizations such as the Ohio School of Phlebotomy and Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools.
